Check-in procedures was so fast and easy, staff are very helpful , housekeeping so kind and smiling all the time, the room was clean , and they give us upgrade to next category which the view was awesome! Majestic City Retreat hotel is a clean and modern hotel. Is my second time at this hotel and for sure on the future I will choose him if I will be back in vacation in Dubai. The staff upgrade my room with one with a superb view to Burj Khalifa area from the balcony. Daily my room was cleaned and updated with the consumables for bathroom but also water, instant coffee, sugar. The breakfast was tasty, oriental, but not a problem for me. The location is on a safe area close to the dubai metro which is perfect.
